They claimed that they had been in Russia for 3 years, but had not reported themselves to the Indonesian Embassy in Moscow. Currently, Indonesian citizens registered in Russia are 1,033 people. However, the total number is estimated at around 1,300 people. Nearly half are students, the rest are from skilled, professional, large families of the Indonesian Embassy in Moscow and diaspora (mixed marriages).

The atmosphere of intimacy was seen throughout the election. There seemed to be quite a lot of Indonesian citizens who were still clustered until the event ended, while enjoying the food prepared by the committee. In another corner they are busy shopping for Indonesian food products such as instant noodles, soy sauce, instant spices, and snacks.
"The most sought-after instant noodles are sold out in a few hours," Ambassador Wahid said. Indeed this product for this type of packaging has not yet entered Russia, but Ambassador Wahid confirmed that soon one of the brands of Indonesian instant noodles will decorate shops / supermarkets in Russia.
While the Chairperson of the Moscow Foreign Voters Organizing Group (KPPSLN), Enjay Diana, continued to provide information about the procedure for voting and ensuring that the ballots given were genuine, clean and had no graffiti or holes. The vote counting process will be open publicly and simultaneously with 130 other PPLNs in 96 countries on April 17 2019 afternoon, the same day as the vote count in Indonesia.

370 Indonesian citizens have channeled their voting rights directly at the TPSLN in the Indonesian Embassy in Moscow this time. This number reached 63.5% of 583 Indonesians who had registered before through PPLN Moscow for direct elections. Of the 370 people, 223 were women and 147 were men.
